  InterContinental London Park Lane has a mezzanine floor totally devoted to allowing our amazing Events/Conference and Banqueting team to deliver outstanding events of every occasion to our guests. The Business Centre, located as the guest steps out of the lift onto the floor, is the first point of contact for most of our guests using the space. This is where you come in!

To join us as an Business Centre Associate in our Events team, you’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills.


As a Business Centre Associate, your main responsibility is to perform all duties required to support Business Centre/Events team in securing efficient relationship with all clients. Other responsibilities include: maintain excellent telephone and e-mail contact with guests; adhere to the booking procedure applicable to the event rooms and communicating with relevant departments; produce function sheets where appropriate and comply with distribution procedure; prepare module x signage for each function room with company logos and scripting as required by the customer; assist with client needs with regards to office/administrative support such as copying, faxing, printing, and computer usage.

Requisitos

Titulación mínima: Sin titulación
Experiencia: 1 año
Residencia: España

Person Specification
Previous experience in hotel operations is a plus.
Candidates must have excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language Additional languages are a plus.
Must have the drive and passion to succeed at the highest level in order to ensure InterContinental London Park Lane becomes a renowned establishment.
All applicants must be able to work varying shifts including weekends and bank holidays. The shift Patterns for the role are 4 days on, 4 days off.
Candidates should be familiar with Standard MS Office applications.
Knowledge of Front Office Fidelio or Opera PMS Systems is plus.
All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK & must be in possession of the relevant passports or visas.
