Based in Miami, this role entails continuously working with partners, maintaining and developing strong commercial relationships and providing information on relevant sales opportunities.
- Contribute to business growth by creating and keeping partner relationships through frequent contact via sales calls and/or meetings. - Identify opportunities for campaigns, and distribution channels that will lead to sales growth. - Monitor performance and suggest actions to boost sales. Secure deals, promotions that increase hotel visibility and maintain track of promotions per hotel. - Ensure the company hotel portfolio is consistently optimized (product, content, rates and availability) and visible on all sales channels. - Manage and prepare marketing campaigns, media plans. - Ensure the correct distribution principles and application of signed contracts and policies. - Benchmarking, price, availability competitiveness analysis, and competition trends. - Attend industry trade shows, events, and provide feedback and information on market trends and opportunities. Reporting directly to the B2B Global Ecommerce Manager, the eCommerce Executive Americas will be responsible for the Commercial management of assigned Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and Online B2B accounts in the USA market for hotels in the Caribbean & Mexico.

- Tourism, Sales, University background preferred. - Experience within Travel industry and/or ecommerce. - 1-2 years of experience in account management or Sales role. - Fluent English and Spanish speaker and writer. - Excellent communication skills. - Flexible team player and open to change. - Availability to travel, visit partners or trade shows.
