The Bartender assists the manager to deliver service standards, maintain quality equipment, is consistent in product presentation and service and may be asked to support other operational areas as business requires. This position must always remain flexible regarding working hours and shift patterns, which may differ in times of high occupancy.
The bartender’s main objectives are to ensure a consistent and quality service is delivered to all guests. The bartender is to assist the manager with achieving high scores on guest satisfaction surveys by recognising repeat guests and to do what it takes to ensure all guest needs are met – within reason.

Titulación mínima: Bachillerato/COU Experiencia: De 1 a 2 años Residencia: UE
The successful candidate will: Be able to work varying shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
Have strong organisational skills
Have a strong command of the English language
Have experience in a four/five star or similar environment (hotel or independent).
Have profound knowledge of customer service and of all beverage products such as spirits, wines, beers, cocktail and cocktail preparation methods is not essential.
Have experience in Micros or other similar POS system knowledge (preferred).
