We are currently incorporating a night receptionist for our hostel in Barcelona.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual to join this friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.

Hotel reception duties: meeting and greeting guests, checking in and out, dealing with guest queries, selling and up selling hotel services.
Security of the hotel, locking up and opening up
In order to succeed in the role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Be a friendly and welcoming person - you will be the first point of contact for guests at the hostel.
Have excellent communication skills, face to face, over the phone and in writing.
Have a passion for delivering great customer service, and ideally have previous customer service experience.
Be computer literate and able to learn new systems.
Be calm under pressure and able to think on your feet.
Be a true team player, reliable, trustworthy and prepared to go the extra mile for your colleagues and your guests.
Be happy working a mix of shifts including weekend, early and late shifts.

Titulación mínima: Sin titulación
Experiencia: 1 año
Categoría profesional: Empleado
Residencia: España

English Speaking is a must.
Other languages are a plus.
