Right now we are working with more than 100.000 hotels around the world and we collaborate with companies like Skyscanner, Tripadvisor and Kayak.

Currently, we are expanding our Customer Experience department and we are recruiting a Customer Service Specialist (English market) who is also committed to providing a great service to our customers!
- Answering the telephone (making new bookings, modifications, etc.).
- Transmitting and solving issues.
- Negotiating with our suppliers.
- Answering emails.
- Optimisation of the Hotel's content and information, and of the offers available on our website.
- Participation in the definitions of processes and improvements.
- Immediate incorporation.

Titulación mínima: FP Experiencia: No requerida Categoría profesional: Empleado Residencia: Provincia vacante
- Native spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge when using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Skills: Communication, teamwork, proactivity and problem resolution.
- Other languages.
- Degree or studies in Tourism or similar.
- Experience in the touristic world.
