4* Hotel located in the city centre is looking for receptionists able to work rotating shifts.
Main tasks receptionists:
Assist and support guests prior to their arrival, during their stay and after their departure.
Check in and check out of individual guests and groups.
Welcome all guests according to the Regina standards.
Anticipate and address all guests’ requirements.
Answer the telephone using the Regina etiquette.
Provide special attention to VIP or long stay customers.
Review the arrivals of the day, identifying special requirements and assigning appropriate room type.
Manage customer complaints and requests professionally.
Settle invoices and secure payment at check-out.
Perform administrative duties, such as registering wake-up calls, preparing cash & credit card reports, recording reservations into Opera system.
Follow Hotel Regina standards and procedures.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Titulación mínima: Cursando diplomatura Experiencia: De 1 a 2 años Categoría profesional: Empleado Residencia: Provincia vacante
Courteous and guest oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to perform multi tasks and to work under pressure. High level of Spanish and English languages. Other languages are a must. Being a genuine Hotel ambassador with a "Yes, of course!" attitude. Immediately available.
