Mission: As a Waiter, your mission is to deliver attentive, sophisticated, and personalized service that reflects the standards of a luxury lifestyle hotel. You will ensure a smooth and elegant service flow, anticipate guest needs, and help create memorable dining moments that align with ME’s distinctive hospitality style.
What will you do?
• Provide an outstanding dining experience through warm, professional, and attentive service.
• Deliver food and beverage service efficiently, ensuring accuracy, timing, and consistent quality.
• Manage order taking using hotel systems, process payments, and maintain attention to detail in all interactions.
• Support the setup and breakdown of the restaurant, ensuring the space is always clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and feedback with a courteous and solutions‑oriented approach.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and seamless coordination with the kitchen and bar teams.
What are we looking for?
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a Waiter role, preferably in luxury hotels or high‑end restaurants.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest‑centric mindset.
• Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; other languages are considered a plus.
• Good understanding of F&B service standards, food handling, hygiene, and food safety.
