Mission: As a Human Resources Trainee, you will support the Human Resources Department across key people-related processes, gaining practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and employee engagement.
What will you do?
• Support the onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Assist in the coordination and follow-up of training activities.
• Participate in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, CV screening and interview scheduling.
• Collaborate in Employer Branding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support HR projects related to talent development and internal communication.
• Maintain and update HR information through internal systems and tools.
• Participate in HR meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
What are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Sociology or a related field.
• Fluent Portuguese and English (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented profile.
• Interest in Recruitment, Learning & Development and Employer Branding.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365; HR systems knowledge is a plus.
• Previous professional experience is not required; internships, academic projects or extracurricular activities in HR will be considered a plus.
