• Operations: Ensures the spa services and product offerings comply with standards and protocols, manages inventory and costs, and oversees seasonal transitions (closing/reopening).
• Economic-Financial: Monitors departmental budget, economic performance, and aligns operations with hotel financial goals.
• Human Resources: Participates in staff development, identifies high-potential employees, encourages team engagement, and promotes wellness programs and company values.
• Customer Experience: Implements brand standards, personalizes guest experiences, manages incidents, and works to exceed customer expectations.
• Health & Safety: Familiar with evacuation plans, work safety procedures, and occupational health responsibilities, ensuring compliance within the team.Requirements:
• Education: Degree in Business Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Languages: Local language and advanced English.
• Skills & Knowledge: Digital tools for spa management, spa treatments and products, cosmetology, Office 365, leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
• Experience: 2+ years in a similar role in wellness or hotel sectors, or 1 year internally in a spa or guest-facing role
