Mission: Under the guidance of the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and supporting the housekeeping team, ensuring that the hotel consistently upholds excellence in cleanliness and service standards. What You Will Do?
• Guarantee an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the hotel.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the housekeeping team, ensuring efficiency and productivity in daily operations.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and task allocation, including inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with other departments such as Front Office and Maintenance to address guest requests and operational needs promptly.
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping with professionalism and care.
• Support the training, coaching, and development of housekeeping staff to ensure they are well-versed in hotel standards and procedures.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Participate in performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to team members.
What We Are Looking For?
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a team, solve problems effectively, and make decisions under pressure.
• A proactive and hands-on attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
