Mission
As a Night Shift Front Office Agent, you are the face of the hotel during nighttime hours, ensuring a smooth and secure guest experience. Your role is essential in maintaining high service standards, handling late check-ins and early check-outs, and supporting overnight operations. You contribute to the hotel’s success by delivering exceptional service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational continuity.
What You Will Do
• Guest Reception & Check-In/Out
• Welcome guests arriving late and assist with check-in procedures.
• Handle early morning check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Night Audit & Reporting
• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure accuracy in billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Guest Assistance & Problem Resolution
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and empathetically.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Security & Safety Monitoring
• Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety during night hours.
• Report any incidents or irregularities to the appropriate departments.
• Coordination with Other Departments
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare handover notes for the morning shift.
• System & Reservation Management
• Update reservations and manage room allocations.
• Ensure all systems are functioning and ready for the next day’s operations.
What We Are Looking For
• Previous experience in front office or customer service, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) and basic accounting.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Albanian or Spanish is a plus.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven mindset.
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
