# Fullstack Engineer
## Role Overview
Orbio is seeking a passionate and experienced Fullstack Engineer to join our High Performance Kids Academy. This role involves coaching young athletes to develop their skills, improve their game strategy, and foster a lifelong love for Golf. The trainer will work closely with children at various levels of proficiency, focusing on both individual and team performance in a supportive and high-energy environment.
## Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality Golf training sessions tailored to kids' developmental stages and skill levels.
* Develop personalized training programs focusing on technical skills, physical fitness, and game tactics.
* Monitor and assess progress, providing constructive feedback and motivation.
* Organize and support participation in local and regional competitions.
* Ensure a safe and positive training environment adhering to all safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance the academy's training programs.
## Required Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience as a Golf trainer, preferably with children or youth athletes.
* Strong understanding of Golf techniques, rules, and competitive strategies.
* Certification in sports coaching or related field is preferred.
* Ability to engage and inspire young athletes.
