What you bring to the job

Completed professional training as a Sushi Chef (certificate required).
At least 8 years of professional experience as a Sushi Chef (references required), including a minimum of 1 year's experience in one of the NOBU / Matsuhisa restaurant operations.
Resilience and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail and precision in the preparation of dishes.
