Portals Hills Boutique Hotel, a charming boutique property with 31 rooms, is seeking a talented Front Office Supervisor to join our team for the 2026 season.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Lead, motivate, and train front office staff to deliver exceptional service.
Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining our boutique standards.
Drive revenue by promoting hotel products through upselling and cross-selling.
Participate in Manager-on-Duty shifts, covering mornings, afternoons, and nights.
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in front office or supervisory roles, ideally in boutique hotels.
Professional English proficiency.
Experience with Opera Cloud or similar property management systems.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability in upselling and cross-selling hotel services.
Flexible to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) including supervisory duties.
