Ihre AufgabenVorbereitung des Mise en Place unter Berücksichtigung der Belegungszahlen und geplanten Veranstaltungen Planung und Durchführung der Postenaufgaben Arbeiten unter Berücksichtigung des Wareneinsatzes Kalkulation des Bedarfs an Zutaten unter Berücksichtigung des vorhandenen Vorrats Beachtung von lebensmittelhygienerechtlichen Vorschriften sowie Sicherstellung der HACCP-Richtlinien Fach- und sachgerechter Umgang mit sämtlichen Küchengeräten und Maschinengeräten sowie deren Pflege Sachgemäße Lagerung aller Lebensmittel und Rohstoffe Wir bieten Оплата согласно коллективному договору с готовностью к переплате, плюс выплаты 13-й и 14-й зарплаты. Requisitos
