In English a ‘rounded person’ is wise and experienced, easy to get along with.   M A R U I is fun, relaxed and open-minded. Think of us as a sushi shack. Our confidence comes from sourcing only best-quality, local ingredients and we present our dishes to our customers humbly.  We do not go in for the formality or arrogance of a traditional Edo-mae (Tokyo) sushi restaurant.   Our uniqueness is finding top skills, supporting each other and being excited to give our customers an experience that only we can offer.   Japanese food inspired by Spanish Tapas culture & values.
