IHAC - Institute for Hospitality Assurance Certification – was set up in 2007. IHAC’s objective is to ensure ultimate understanding and communication to the end user of selected hotels’ facilities, infrastructure and offer in the same way it would be received and experienced by IHAC’s inspectors.
