Ihre Aufgaben Unterstützung des Chef de Partie bei der Vorbereitung und Zubereitung der Speisen Eigenständiges Arbeiten auf dem zugewiesenen Posten Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts- und Präsentationsstandards Verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Waren Unterstützung bei der Warenannahme und -kontrolle Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien (HACCP) Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Menüs und Gerichten Wir bietenfreie Verpflegung und Unterkunft in unseren Top-Mitarbeiterhäusern geregelte Arbeitszeiten und geregelten freien Tag sehr gutes Betriebsklima durch unser engagiertes Team zahlreiche Benefits, Freizeit- und Weiterbildungsangebote im gesamten Paznaun mit der Paznaun - Ischgl CREW Card Entlohnung nach dem gesetzlichen Kollektivvertrag mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung
Requirements
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer professionellen Küche, idealerweise als Commis oder Demi Chef de Partie • Leidenschaft für hochwertige Küche und frische Zutaten • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit – auch in stressigen Situationen • Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein Auge für Details
