Responsabilidades y tareas OFRECER EL MAYOR ESTANDAR DE SERVICIO A LOS/LAS HUESPEDES • Mise en Place: colaborar en la preparación y limpieza del puesto de trabajo y del material e instalaciones. • Colabora en la realización del servicio que se le haya asignado con especial atención al cliente/a. • Desbarase del servicio y limpieza del puesto. • Preparación del siguiente servicio. • Funciones de cajero/a bajo supervisión (bienvenida al cliente/a, gestión de caja/tpv, despedida del cliente/a).
