As a Front Office Intern, you will be the face of our resort, welcoming international guests to the volcanic beauty of Lanzarote and ensuring their experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
Your Role
Working in the Front Office is the heartbeat of the resort. You will learn the art of 5-star service by:
• Creating a First Impression: Assisting with seamless check-ins and check-outs, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they arrive.
• Personalizing Stays: Handling guest inquiries, providing local recommendations, and coordinating special requests to exceed expectations.
• Mastering Operations: Gaining hands-on experience with premium Property Management Systems (PMS) and luxury hospitality standards.
• Multicultural Communication: Interacting with guests from all over the world, sharpening your language skills in a professional environment.
• Problem Solving: Learning how to handle challenges with grace, empathy, and a "can-do" attitude.
What We’re Looking For
• The Vibe: You are charismatic, proactive, and have a genuine passion for making people smile.
• The Skills: Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or Business degree.
• The Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a huge plus!
