Receber os clientes e atender as mesas sem demora

Servir comida e bebida aos clientes, fazendo recomendações quando necessário

Utilizar o conhecimento do cardápio para responder às perguntas dos clientes

Processar corretamente as operações no sistema MICROS

Verificar a satisfação dos clientes com cada prato e bebida

Limpar as mesas, realizar tarefas de fechamento e repor utensílios de mesa e outros itens

Realizar tarefas de abertura e fechamento, incluindo preparação de todos os itens necessários, limpeza das áreas e equipamentos, fechamento de portas, etc.

Preparar, abastecer e manter as áreas de trabalho; gerir o estoque de gelo, copos e guardanapos

Seguir as instruções estabelecidas para manter limpas e organizadas as áreas de trabalho, o bar, o serviço de bar, as mesas e outros elementos

É exigido apresentar uma imagem profissional e manter o uniforme limpo

Antes de iniciar o trabalho, você receberá treinamento de segurança para obter as certificações correspondentes
