Your Tasks:

• Implement the hotel’s marketing & communications strategy in line with ME Dubai objectives
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all internal and external communications
• Coordinate and structure the work of the Marketing & PR departments
• Keep updated with industry trends and competitor activity
• Take a proactive and strategic approach to marketing initiatives
• Set measurable marketing goals and standards (costs, commissions, revenue, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a best-in-class marketing process/strategy
• Ensure all marketing collateral meets brand guidelines (brochures, website, photo library, etc.)
• Maximise business through online and offline marketing tools
• Create branded sales tools and promotional materials
• Ensure compliance with Sales & Marketing policies
• Promote website and brand visibility to in-house guests
• Manage marketing agencies, social media, and PR activities
• Create and manage the annual Marketing & Communications plan and budget
• Lead and develop marketing plans with department heads
• Drive ME brand philosophy and values
• Build strong relationships with hotel leadership and Melia corporate office
• Lead customer relationship marketing to drive retention and incremental business
• Build and maintain key partner relationships for joint marketing
• Track key performance indicators to measure and improve marketing effectiveness
• Review and improve brand website performance
• Encourage high performance within the marketing team
Your Profile:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior marketing / communications management, ideally in a large or diverse organisation
• Proven experience in strategic planning, communications management, marketing and media relations
• Strong communicator with excellent written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English
• Confident leader with the ability to motivate, influence and develop others
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong judgement and adaptability in a changing environment
• Strong planning, organisation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to track business performance indicators and evaluate marketing effectiveness
• Collaborative approach with the ability to partner with corporate and hotel leadership teams
• Degree-educated, ideally in Marketing or Communications
