<li>Writing &amp; posting job advertisements</li>
<li>Managing applications</li>
<li>Conducting selection interviews aimed at recruiting new talents for our restaurants in Germany</li>
<li>Supporting the organisation of Career Days across Germany and online</li>
</ul>Campus Management:<ul>
<li>Participating in the organisation of events at hospitality schools.</li>
<li>Developing our company network with target schools and institutions.</li>
</ul>The Ideal Candidate:<ul>
<li>A dynamic, organised, and effective person who shares our values: authenticity, excellence, meritocracy &amp; entrepreneurship.</li>
<li>A proactive profile in finding new ideas &amp; solutions to support HR processes and, obviously, a sunny and positive person who loves working in a team.</li>
<li>Proven experience in Recruitment in a fasted-paced environment (where in hospitality and restaurants even better).</li>
<li>Good understanding of HR processes and practices (nice to have basic knowledge on local employment law and regulatory compliance).</li>
<li>Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Genuine interest in the restaurant industry and its roles.</li>
<li>Good management of ATS &amp; back office.</li>
<li>Languages: Preferably italian and english speaker / german nice to have.</li>
