Ende November 2025 als Réceptionist (m/w/d) für die Wintersaison 2025/26. Das darfst du alles von uns erwarten: Dynamisches, innovatives Team mit flachen Hierarchien und moderner Unternehmenskultur. Wir sind zudem kunterbunt, vielseitig und multikulturell. Eine anspruchsvolle und äusserst abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit an unserer Réception. Dabei bringst du die verschiedenen Arbeiten an unserem Front Desk unter einen Hut: Check-In/-Out, Gästebetreuung, aktiver Zimmerverkauf inkl. Korrespondenz und Online-Reservationen und weitere administrative Aufgaben. Saisonanstellung für den Winter 2025/2026 (ca. 24.11.2025 bis 08.04.2026). Interne Schulungen und Förderung von Weiterbildungen. 1001 Freizeitmöglichkeiten von Skifahren über Mountainbiken bis Windsurfing rund ums Randolins und Umgebung. • Abgeschlossene Réceptionsausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung. • Gute Sprachkenntnisse (Deutsch und Englisch sowie Verständnis von Schweizerdeutsch zwingend, Italienisch und weitere Sprachen von Vorteil). • Protel-Kenntnisse. • Sicherer Umgang mit Word, Excel und Outlook. • Motivation, Selbstinitiative, Freude am Verkauf und an der Gästebetreuung, Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität, Selbständigkeit, Multi-Tasking. • Ein grosses Plus sind Kenntnisse der Destination Engadin St. Moritz. Eine gute Einarbeitung ist uns sehr wichtig. Daher erwartet dich bei Beginn ein Einführungsprogramm und ein Götti, der dich während der ersten Zeit begleitet.
