Responsabilities & Tasks

OFRECER EL MAYOR ESTANDAR DE SERVICIO A LOS/LAS HUESPEDES

Saludar a los/las huéspedes y clientes/as que entran en el restaurante, verificar número de habitación o reserva y guiarlos a sus mesas.
Dar a conocer las promociones y facilitar cualquier información que los/las huéspedes requieran del restaurante.
Asegurar la comodidad de los/las huéspedes y clientes/as en el caso de que éstos tengan que esperar.
En momentos de alta ocupación, trabajar junto con el personal para asegurar la fluidez del servicio.
Asegurar que todas las mesas han sido limpiadas y organizadas correctamente antes de sentar a los/las huéspedes y clientes/as. En caso de ser necesario, ayudar en la limpieza y eliminación de cubiertos y menaje usados.
Supervisar la zona de restaurante y colindantes para cerciorarse de que todo está limpio y sin desperfectos.
