Während die Serviceleitung für Organisation, Teamführung und Servicequalität verantwortlich ist, sorgt der/die Chef de Rang für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im eigenen Rang und exzellenten Gästeservice. Deine Aufgaben (positionsabhängig): Organisation und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs Gesamtverantwortung für Serviceorganisation, Team und Qualität (Serviceleitung) Eigenständige Betreuung eines Rangs inkl.
