Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung aller Reservationen per Telefon, Email, Post Eingabe, Überwachung & Kontrolle der verschiedenen der Online-Buchungsportale & Hotel eigene WBE Überwachung von Optionsdaten und Depositverwaltung, Erstellen von Forecasts Verwaltung und laufende Mutation der Gäste History in Protel Unterstützung und Stellvertretung der Revenue Verantwortlichen Erste Ansprechperson für die Reisbüros (Verträge und Konditionen) Hausführungen und Unterstützung des Front of House Teams bei der Gästebetreuung Einarbeitung der neue Reservierungsmitarbeiter
