Ihre Aufgaben: • Unterstützung im täglichen HR-Management für unsere fünf Hotels in Frankfurt am Main und München • Bearbeitung vielfältiger operativer Personalthemen – von Eintritt bis Austritt • Mitwirkung im gesamten Recruitingprozess: Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen, aktives Sourcing, Bewerbermanagement und Führen von Interviews • Organisation und Betreuung von Onboardings, Trainings und Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen • Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalunterlagen und Dokumenten • Kommunikation mit Auszubildenden, Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften • Mitwirkung bei administrativen Projekten und clusterübergreifenden HR-Initiativen Ihr Profil: • Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung (Abitur, Fachabitur oder guter Realschulabschluss) • Begeisterung für die Hotellerie und HR-Themen • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office • Kommunikationsfreudiges Organisationstalent mit Teamgeist • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe • Verantwortungsbewusster und diskreter Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen • Hohe Service- und Lösungsorientierung
