Job Mission
As a Waiter/Waitress Intern, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences in our restaurants and bars. Your mission is to provide attentive, professional, and friendly service that reflects the brand’s standards, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
What You Will Do
• Deliver Exceptional Service
Assist in welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, creating a positive and memorable dining experience.
• Support Daily Operations
Help set up tables, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all service areas meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with the Team
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Maintain Hygiene and Safety
Follow health and safety guidelines to guarantee a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Learn and Grow
Gain hands-on experience in hospitality service, understanding the dynamics of a luxury hotel’s F&B department.
What We Are Looking For
• Education: Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, or related studies.
• Passion for Service: Genuine interest in guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills; English required (additional languages are a plus).
