Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Mission: As a Rooms Division Intern, you will support the Back Office and Housekeeping teams, gaining hands-on experience in hotel operations, guest service coordination, administrative processes, and quality standards within a luxury hospitality environment.
What will you do?
• Support the administrative and operational activities of the Housekeeping and Rooms Division teams.
• Assist with room status follow-up, guest requests, and interdepartmental communication.
• Help manage departmental records, reports, schedules, and operational documentation.
• Support stock control of amenities, uniforms, and Lost & Found processes.
• Assist supervisors in monitoring quality standards across guest rooms and public areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
What are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on, and eager-to-learn mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous professional experience is not required; hospitality internships or academic projects will be valued.
