ME Lisbon is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Lisbon, known for its modern design and excellent service. It offers a unique experience for both business and leisure travelers.

 

Your mission: Responsible for welcoming guests and customers to the consumption area and representing the area, complying with the highest standards of presentation, kindness and courtesy, ensuring continuous compliance with the highest standards.

 

What You Will Do

 

• Ensure the customer experience, personalising their experience, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
• Consistently offer a warm and professional welcome and farewell to guests and customers on arrival and departure, always with an impeccable posture and personal presentation
• Invite customers to sit down and assists in making them comfortable together with the manager of the sector or waiter. Depending on the consumption area and type of service, hands out menus, takes drink orders, etc. complying at all times with the procedures and quality standards defined for each consumption area and meal time.
• Execute all instructions and work assigned to them by their immediate superior, as well as any responsibilities that their position requires
• Responsible for taking reservations by phone, accurately noting customer data: name, time booked, number of diners, place where they are staying and telephone number.

• Comply with health and safety regulations

• Communicate customer feedback to managers 

What We Are Looking For

 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the role.
• Quality and customer service oriented.
• High Level of Portuguese and English.
• Knowledge of F&B service as well as knowledge of food handling, hygiene and food safety.
