The role will be hands on and will involve the responsibility for the production of reporting of the business on the various operations within the department and across other areas of the business; supporting and developing systems reporting functionality via Crystal/SQL, operational procedures and reporting for the Club Operations Department.
The position holds the responsibility for ensuring the accuracy & integrity of all Club & Member information within the software systems, as well as reviewing current system reporting functionality and procedures. This includes (but not limited to) occupancy, availability, forecasting, contract usage, reservations, travel, yield management, club accounts & billings, inventory, creditors, member services contacts.
The role will require communication with directors/managers and key operational people in all departments so good communication and interpersonal skills are vital.
Experience of manipulating relational databases and detailed knowledge of SQL queries and Crystal report writing will be a distinct advantage.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be both organised and logical. High level English is a requirement for this role.
Candidates must possess the following criteria:
-Systems knowledge (Microsoft Office/SQL)
-History of report writing (Crystal or Microsoft Reporting Services)
-Ability to be proactive in their approach to issues
-Strong interpersonal skills
