International Hotel Chain is looking for a Hotel General Manager.
Around 200 rooms. Madrid.
The role reports to the Vicepresident of the area and is responsible for all day to day operations. You will be committed to service excellence, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction. You will be a motivator and leader for extensive team of specialist.
Responsabilities:
Maximise profitability within your hotel and deliver your agreed targets and sales marketing plan.
High leading guest satisfaction and quality scores
High control of P&L
Requisitos
Previous 4 star experience is essential
Passionate about customer service
Good standard of higher education
Strong leadership skills, proven track record in Leading multi-functional teams
Dynamic and energetic with highly developed inter-personal skills
Billingual in English and Spanish is a must, other European languages advantageous. (French, German,...)
Previous F&B experience is an advantage
Proven Management experience
Very commercially aware and able to manage budgets and control costs
Titulación mínima : Postgrado/Master
Experiencia : Superior a 5 años
Residencia : España
