Functions:
- Answer phone calls from all kind of clients
- Answer client’s requests of bookings via phone, mail & via fax and also back office work, informing about availability and prices, selling products and /or services of different Hotels
- To participate and to improve telesales of some products/services, specific hotel’s campaign (defined as principal objectives) and marketing campaigns, as to improve to reach sales objects definite for the company.
- Answer claims realized by guests, collecting information related to it, and pass the claim to the correspondent Costumer Care department and assuring a good answer and full details to the guest.
- Extract from the system information regarding statistics relative to development of the daily activity of the Call Centre (offered calls, answered and abandoned) and of each Reservation Agent (calls per agent, average call time, connection time and not ready time).
- Complement the sale with additional products or services that the customer can be interested in consume.
- Give support to other BU’s if required.
Requisitos
Native Language Dutch.
English
