Conference and Banqueting Manager

•The ideal Conference and Banqueting Manager will have previous 5 star hotel experience or worked within a large conference centre.
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate:

•The Conference and Banqueting Manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of hygiene and health and safety are adhered to.
•The Conference and Banqueting Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
•The Conference and Banqueting Manager will be reporting directly into the Food and Beverage Manager
•Conference and Banqueting Manager must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
•The successful Conference and Banqueting Manager will have at least 2 years experience at assistant level within a similar operation.
•Excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant / Manager looking for a progressive and challenging role
•Great communication skills with a firm grasp of the English language
•A passion and knowledge of food and drinks, incl wine, champagne and cocktails
•Previous experience in a similar environment/role
•Proactive and motivated attitude, with an attention to detail
