Sales Manager – Branded Restaurant Concept

For the role of Sales Manager, we require you to have the following:

*3+ years as a Lead Sales Manager with a proven industry leader
*A strong local & national client base with existing strong relationships in the Barcelona market
*Strong knowledge of the convention market with existing relationships within the convention industry
*Deep Rolodex with existing corporate and business clients
*Extensive cold calling experience
*Track record of meeting sales goals within a given budget
*Motivating management style that produces results
*Understanding restaurant operations- a plus
*Desire to execute standards 100% of the time
*Experience building a department budget
*Challenged by goals- work well in a goal-oriented atmosphere
*A desire to be the best and to build the BEST TEAM!
