| Descripción: | Responsible for short and / or long term projects in the Tourism Area of Serhs, reporting to the New Projects Manager. The New Improvement Executive will be responsible for driving the project through the whole project life cycle, by a professional and defined process (e.g initiating, planning, implementation, controlling and closing) to achieve the agreed result. This new role also will be responsible for redesign or restructuring work in new areas and departments. Planning, controlling the benefits realisation of the projects and make sure predictable and traceable projects progress and reporting will be essential. |

| Requisitos: | Hold university degree, experience leading projects. Experience working with IT. Results oriented, self-motivating and team worked. Strong understanding of marketing strategy, planning issues, budgeting, priority setting, English and presentation Skills. |
