CRYSTAL CRUISES MANNING WILL ONLY CONSIDER CVs ON ENGLISH

General Responsibilities:
• Assume responsibility for the entire Galley operation including food preparation.
• Supervise and engage in the preparation and presentation during service hours.
• Take active part in the actual food preparation and to ensure that products are consistently prepared according to the highest possible standards.
• Manage the Galley Staff and to ensure that Galley equipment is maintained properly, that the highest standards of cleanliness are kept and that safe food handling is practiced at all times.
• Provide six star service at all times.
• Additional duties in other departments such as gangway duties, luggage handling, room service, stores loading etc. as necessary.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Diploma
Experience: 2 - 3 years
Professional Category: Worker
Residence Permit: European Union

Qualifications needed:
• Minimum age of 18
• Fluent in English
• Professional Chef Certification or Culinary Academy
• Minimum experience of three (3) years in a luxury international hotel property as a Sous Chef or a minimum experience of two (2) years in the luxury cruise industry as a Sous Chef
