Reporting to the Event's Director, the Event Project Manager's responsibilities will be:
Coordinate the complete life cycle of the project
Centralize the communication with the client and the organization of the Tour Plan
Control the overall budget. Shared responsibility with Event Lead (EL) and Finance manager
Be the Intermediate contact point of Events & Logistics
Ensure that the process of the event organization is replicated no matter who the EL is
With the following main tasks:
Relationship Management Project Lead and treasure client needs at all times
Prepare working schedule for the team and control correct execution
Lead weekly meetings and oversee the status / correct execution of each event
Budget management and hours control
Event evaluation: check and correct final feedback reports
Event lead for assigned events & support the team
We are seeking a candidate with:
Exceptional English and Spanish/Catalan communication and written skills.
5 years experience as resposible of complete life-cycle events production / execution
Skills: Problem Solving Capabilities, Flexible, Leadership, Responsible & Organized, Strategic Decision Maker, Communicative (verbally and in written) and Results Driven (overall profit project)
