Meeting Point Hotels is in a period of vigorous expansion, with presence already in 8 countries. We currently have 28 hotels in Spain and we continue growing constantly. Reporting to the Head of Sales for Spain, you will be in charge of the markets contracting for those destinations we manage from Spain.

Our perfect candidate provides at least 5 years' experience contracting in a commercial department of the hotel industry. You must provide high level of English and high level of both, French and German.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Contracting/Promotion in the assigned markets. Generate the highest number of business opportunities, getting new accounts, etc.

- Setting up the MIX Marketing strategies (Product / Price / Distribution-Contracting) together with the Head of Sales for the coordination in the markets or segments assigned to your responsibility.

- Be informed of new developments and market movements, competitors, etc.

- Accounts follow up: monthly reports, allotment compliance, solving accounts needs, etc.

- Planning actions to be developed in your markets within the Marketing Plan as well as assistance to the budgets of the chain in terms of income from those accounts

- Permanent contact with your accounts

- Accounts contracting analysis: What they have sold, how they have sold (% EBD, SPO, etc.)

- Coordination of Fam Trips of your accounts in the Hotels

- Competition analysis in major markets and SPO proposals to launch in your markets

- Attendance to trade fairs, workshops, roadshows, promo tours and visits to AAVV and TTOO

- Contracting & supervising Dingus Channel manager to optimize B2B & B2C sales

- Mapping new accounts on Dingus, Updating of extranets, intranets & Meeting Point Hotels websites

- Update offers, opening and closing sales via extranets or XML integrations

- Proposing commercial activities to generate flow direct to the B2C channel (end consumer)
