EnjoyBCN is an expanding company specialized in short term luxury property lettings in Barcelona. We are currently looking to recruit to our team a native English and Spanish speaker with excellent communications skills as a Guest relations agent.

The ideal candidate must be energetic, creative, resourceful, and must enjoy working in a highly entrepreneurial, highly fluid environment. The position requires excellent writing, editing, communication and organization skills, as well as a gift for developing professional relationships.

The candidate must be able to work both independently and as a team leader to keep up with our fast-paced environment.
The candidate will be located between in our office.

Responsibilities:

•To anticipate guest needs and create guests for life through wow stories and personalized service.
•To be the responsible for the entering calls and email communications.
•To supervise the room monitor and camera systems.
•To maintain the club lounge in immaculate conditions, remain on top of all inquiries, following up in a timely manner.
•Handle the response and booking process to customers' inquiries in conjunction with our current team, but sometimes working entirely independently.
•Answer questions and solve issues in a professional and timely manner.
•Assist the Director of Operations with the front of the house operations.
•Collaborate with the concierge desk and Housekeeping team when needed.
•To follow up the MOD control.

Titulación mínima: Ciclo Superior
Experiencia: De 1 a 2 años

Requirements:

•Experience in e-mail/ call communications direct and online.
•Effective communication skills with customers, including excellent writing
and oral skills.
•Ability to prioritize and juggle tasks based on value to business at any given time.
•Ability to approach problematic situations with common sense and calm.
• Ability to learn Internet-based tools quickly.
• Fluent in reading and writing of English and French is a must.
. Motorbike permit ( 125CC ) is a must.

Will be a plus:

•Knowledge of other languages will also be highly appreciated.
• Experience in a similar position in a four or five star hotel or apartment rental agency.
• Strong familiarity with much of Barcelona and its neighborhoods.
