• Accept, process and verify reservations; also check for overbookings and available options
• Be jointly responsible for updating Sihot and the electronic reservation systems and for observing and implementing the pricing policy
• Write outgoing invoices (customers), check incoming invoices (suppliers), handle deposits and monitor timelines of payment receipts
• Assist Sales and Front Office teams at peak times
